This family owned and operated Winery in the heart of Vallais has taken the skill and expertise of making some fantastic wines and applied this to the humble apple to create some delicious Cider.
Today the winery Colline de Daval has been family owned for 5 generations. Due to its diversity and its control of the entire production chain, the family company offers a total immersion in the wine universe.
Raw cider made from beautiful red apples from our orchards, using the Champagne method. (fermentation in the bottle).
Slightly soft with notes of acacia honey, can be served as an aperitif but goes wonderfully with poultry, foie gras, rabbit but also fish and seafood, not to mention chocolate or red fruit desserts, l 'unmissable buckwheat pancake (in rye Valais) with ham and cheese.
